Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation:
  • No Free cancellation as we have limited number of rooms
• Cancellation Fees:
  • For cancellations made 15 to 10 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 3 days of arrival.

2. Early Departure

• If a guest departs earlier than the scheduled check-out time, the full amount for the reserved stay will be charged.
• No refunds will be given for early departures.

3. Exceptions

• We may make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or force majeure events.
• Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss any potential exceptions.

4. Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5  business days to the original method of payment.

5. Modifications

• Guests may request modifications to their reservation, such as changes to dates or room type, subject to availability.
• Modification requests must be made in advance and may be subject to additional fees or cancellation charges.
